This company not only listened to what I had to say in regards to an issue I was having they went above and beyond to fix it and they did an exceptional job. This should be an example for other companies to follow. Well Done guys

these guys are great! super prompt and friendly! not only have they covered replacements for the controller housing when mine malfunctioned, they also covered a 2nd set when that one did as well! would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality gunstock for the quest 3.

Great replacements, back to enjoying my gun stock!

Unfortunately my left controller mount broke but these guys were happy to send me some free replacements as I was still covered by the 1 year warranty. Back to enjoying precise and accurate shooting.
